PRICING
The pricing policy for Enchanting weddings has been set up as such to ensure you have visibility of your wedding costs throughout the project. We will work within the budget you have defined. If any extras are required then these will be carried out with your consent in writing.
As your wedding is one of the most important days in your life, we do not want to miss out on any details. Preparation, booking of services, photoshooting, etc, all take time to coordinate and organize. Therefore, we recommend you finalise your booking 30 days before your wedding date.
LIABILITY
Enchanting Weddings acts only as agent for the suppliers and/or contractors who are providing services. Under no circumstances shall Enchanting Weddings be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services as described or substituted, or by reason of terrorist or military action, riots, revolution, insurgency, civil war, adverse government action or inaction or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services herein or as substituted. If any services are substituted, Enchanting Weddings will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with services of a type comparable to or better than those originally contracted. Enchanting Weddings at their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for services.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS
A 2,300THB or $75.00 US non refundable deposit is required to secure our service and allows us to begin working closely with you.
A customized wedding questionnaire will be sent.
A second Deposit of 50% is required along with the signed itemized confirmation letter listing all fees.
Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Enchanting Weddings at least 30 days prior to the wedding date (or together with the confirmation form if booked less than 30 days in advance of the wedding date). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.

NOT INCLUDED / EXTRA CHARGE
There is an extra charge of 3,000THB for Thailand's public holiday weddings or $100.00 US for Sri Lanka/Maldives.
Please also note that wedding services booked less than 30 days before the wedding date are considered "Last Minute Bookings". Therefore, a surcharge of 6,000THB or $195.00 US for Sri Lanka/Maldives will be applied.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you decide to cancel you wedding services within 30 days of the wedding date, you will be charged 100% of your total wedding service.
Cancellations within 30-60 days will incure 75% of the total estimated charges plus any vendor deposits (per their cancellation policy)
